Athletics
The Charlotte 49ers athletics teams compete at the NCAA Division I level. Members of Conference USA, the Charlotte 49ers boast 18 NCAA sports. Students may attend all sporting events free of charge with their student ID card.

Student Organizations
The University of North Carolina at Charlotte has more than 400 student organizations to choose from, offering something for everyone. Student Union
Located right across the street from the ELTI classes, the Student Union is the main hub on campus for student activities. With restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a movie theater, art gallery, and lounge areas, it is the perfect place for students to enjoy breaks from class and immerse themselves in University life.

UNC Charlotte offers a wide variety of exhibitions and performances throughout the year by talented students and faculty.
