Hadiatoulaye Balde

My name is Hadiatoulaye Balde, but I go by Hadia. I’m a proud African, originally from Guinea and Senegal, and an ambitious woman, passionate about traveling and fashion design. I’ve been to 13 countries and am currently working on launching a clothing line of my own. I graduated from the ELTI in spring 2014 and from UNC Charlotte in spring 2017 with a BSBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management. I also love cooking and enjoy eating and outdoors. Today, I’m the manager of the international buying & procurement department at a construction/real estate company and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to pursue my studies at UNC Charlotte with the help of my wonderful teachers at the ELTI.
